Yes, we offer a no-quibble guarantee on all products. Simply return any unwanted items in original condition for a full refund (less shipping).

How do I pay you through PayPal?

Just put your items in the shopping cart as usual to get your total. Choose "PayPal" as your payment option. You'll be given a link to follow to complete your purchase through PayPal. OR, you can go to www.paypal.com and send payment to orders@fritzsplace.com.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Some products have a longer delivery time and this is noted on the product page. Special Order items are shipped within 5-10 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). (Of course, this is just the time it takes for us to send your order out. It doesn't include time in transit which depends on how far you are from Virginia.) If there will be any delay, we will notify you by email and/or telephone to let you know. We will also email you to let you know that your order has shipped. We don't like being left wondering, either, so we'll keep you informed about your order.

How will my order be shipped?

We rely on UPS and the U.S. Postal Service to ship all our orders and (depending on where you live) offer you a choice of UPS standard Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day service and USPS Priority Mail. All UPS shipments are insured, and we will provide Delivery Confirmation for Priority Mail packages as well as insurance for orders over $40. We will provide you with a tracking number so you'll know where your package is along the way.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we ship to Canada and the United Kingdom by USPS Global Priority Mail. Sorry, but we cannot ship edible treats or citronella products outside the U.S. If your order contains those items, they will be deleted and your credit card or PayPal account refunded. Please also note that Global Priority Mail has a 4-pound weight limit, so larger orders will be broken down into multiple shipments.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge only the actual shipping charge to your zip code. You will be able to see the actual shipping charge (calculated by weight) in your Shopping Cart, so you'll know with each item you add just how much it will cost to ship. We charge NO "handling fees" to "cover the cost of packaging", etc. We consider our labor and materials our cost of doing business and we won't pass that on to you!
